CONSUMERS

The consumer or end user can deliver used batteries and rechargeable batteries to any collection point at no additional cost for him.

Separate collection containers are mainly located at clean points and at any establishment selling batteries to the public. Visit our map of collection points. We also have collection points in public and educational centres in the main cities, regional and municipal administration buildings, offices, collaborating entities, etc.

The youngest are the main prescribers of recycling in families. Teach them to put their batteries in the school’s containers. If you are the director or head of studies of a centre, ask us for a container and we will send it to you free of charge, enter our campaign “Receive a container”.

And aimed at recycling at home we are carrying out our campaign “Adopt a collector”. With a simple gesture, depositing the batteries in a container, we can all achieve important benefits for the environment.

PUBLIC ADMINISTRATIONS AND THE VARIOUS ECONOMIC OPERATORS INVOLVED IN WASTE MANAGEMENT ARE REQUIRED TO INFORM CONSUMERS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC:

  • THE FINAL MANAGEMENT OF WASTE BATTERIES AND ACCUMULATORS.
  • THE ROLE PLAYED BY THE CONSUMER IN THE TREATMENT AND RECYCLING PROCESS BY PARTICIPATING IN SEPARATE COLLECTION.
  • THE RIGHT OF CONSUMERS TO FREE DELIVERY OF BATTERIES, THE COST OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT OF THE PRODUCT IS ALREADY INCLUDED IN THE SALE PRICE.
